Welder Testing & Level III Review
Welder qualification run where the welder is already working, and independent Level III review of the procedures, film and records an audit actually looks at.
In-Field Welder Testing
Welder qualification tests run at the job site: coupons are cut from the test weld, mechanically tested as the project’s welding code requires (the governing code may allow radiographic examination of the test weld instead, at the owner’s or company’s option), and examined by our AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), who reports pass or fail — so welders qualify without leaving the job.
